Youll be working in a small and supportive team, so teamwork is key! No two days are the same so you enjoy working in a changing environment where youre happy to pitch in and help your team. Were looking for someone who has recently worked in an IFA environment. You understand what working under pressure is like (!) but would like to do this in a culture that fosters team work.Duties will include:• Managing production of meetings packs for the private client team and attending when required• Being a point of contact for queries, taking ownership of resolving where possible but knowing the right time to escalate• Coordinate and produce client valuations as part of the advice delivery process• Maintain client records• Assisting with reporting, including valuationsYou would be encouraged to show your initiative and propose ideas for improvement as well as use your judgement to problem solve.If this is of interest please get in touch!
