Our people live and breathe our SPIRIT values; we are the place for spirited people.More about your roleAs our Assistant Scheme Manager you will be responsible for assisting the Scheme Manager with the day to day operation of Raleigh Park, Nottingham. The range of your duties will centre upon ensuring a safe and secure environment for our students, leadingthe team to achieve on key performance areas such as occupancy and revenue, whilst providing an environment where the student experience is a priority. You will also have a key role in meeting budgets for the village and managing/reviewing the operationalbudgets monthly.You will manage the full lifecycle of a students time with us from supporting the marketing, and sales, tenancy management, maintenance, rent collection and the health and safety and compliance of the village. Being commercially aware and always lookingfor further opportunities to maximise revenue and the promotion of the site is a key part of the role.For more information please download our job profile available on our websiteMore about youThis is a varied role with no two days being the same. You will have responsibility for the operational running of the site and therefore will need as good level of understanding of property management, sales and leasing, a financial understanding of operationalbudgets as well as facilities management and the associated legislation. A background working within the student accommodation sector is essential.
