Our client is a well-established asbestos consultancy that have a large portfolio of long-standing contracts through-out the UK. They are actively recruiting a hard-working and reliable Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in or around the Nottingham area. Consideration will be given to applications from Derby, Mansfield, Sheffield, Doncaster, and the surrounding areas.Qualifications & Experience:Must have attained the P402/P403/P404 or the equivalent RSPH asbestos qualification.Hands on experience as an asbestos surveyor/analyst in the asbestos industry.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety legislation. Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.Role:Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various properties including commercial, domestic and industrial.Overseeing contractors on site ensuring that they comply with the asbestos Health and Safety procedures. Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports. Building a good working relationship with the companys clients.
