Job Description

A long-established UK Apple reseller is looking for a new Apple Internal Sales and Customer Support Executive based in Nottingham.About you

  • A strong interest in Apple technology, and willingness to learn and understand the professional and educational customer-solutions that they sell
  • Some level of technical understanding of MacOS and iOS would be helpful, although this is not a technical role
  • A keen interest in sales and the process of quoting customers after understanding their requirements
  • A great telephone manner, and the patience to listen to customer issues and find the best resolution, using all the resources of KRCS
  • Be inquisitive, and have a desire to learn about new technologies and services, so you can talk knowledgeably about these to the customers
  • The ability to write simple tweets and short blogs to help promote key products and services
About the role
  • Supporting customers over the telephone with pre-sale, support and post-sale enquiries
  • Creating quotations for Apple solutions, based on customer requirements, and promoting all the products and services that KRCS offer
  • Learning and understanding all the solutions we offer, including the Managed Service for Schools, business leasing programs and the retail offers
  • Supporting all customers who make contact and projecting a professional manner at all times
  • Managing a list of ongoing situations and ensuring all of them are dealt with to the customers satisfaction
  • Preparing tweets and blogs to be posted on their website and social media platforms
