Sure, any experience of FinTech would be nice (the immediate project would be financial/payments systems related), but the director hereis looking for innate talent and ability. So, if youre a Software/Agile PM delivering retail systems, SaaS based B2B/B2C products, E-learning platforms or whatever else, he doesnt care, as long as you have the talent and structured PM approach to add valueon whatever software project or client you work with.Youll need to be amazing at working with developers and bringing the technical elements of delivery together.
