I have partnered exclusively with a leading digital agency in the East Midlands on their search for the very best Digital Project Managers to join their thriving client services team. It simply couldnt be a more busy and exciting time to join these guys.. Following a number of significant new contract wins, they have recruited a lot of new blood in the team already and now were after an established PM who simply lives and breathes Digital to work across multiple Web and Mobile App projects for an enviable client portfolio..These guys are at absolutely at top of the game within their industry.. theyve been building web and mobile apps for years, for some really big customers. Theres quite simply nobody else in the East Midlands building the stuff that these guys are delivering and so... growth has been organic for them and they now boast a truly enviable client portfolio and they show no signs of slowing down.Theyre now looking to grow their Project Management outfit by bringing in another Senior PM to join their existing team of 4 - theyre in a really great place and with multiple web and mobile apps to deliver, were looking for somebody who will thrive from working in an incredibly busy and fast-paced environment where requirements can often change at a moments notice..Youll be managing multiple work-streams for a range of web and mobile app projects for a number of big clients. This role will suit someone whos quite techie.. not a coder by any means, but somebody who genuinely is passionate about technology and all things digital. This is important to us, as youll be joining a team of people who absolutely love what they do so were after somebody like-minded who really enjoys their work. Essentially, were looking for somebody with a really good attitude, whos technically astute with bags of personality.It goes without saying that youll already have earned your stripes as a credible, reliable Project Manager and in a sense be quite battle-scarred.. Youll know exactly how to manage the expectations of your stakeholders and appreciate some of the challenges that can arise in end-to-end delivery. Youll know what it takes to get things delivered on-time and to budget and more importantly - youll do things the right way. Youll be truly delivery focused - No cutting corners, no nonsense.Theyre huge advocates of Agile, so youll need some Scrum/Kanban exposure under your belt and have worked in an Agile environment previously. This is absolutely key. Youll have a good handle on web and mobile app fundamentals and it would be nice if you had some exposure to JIRA/Confluence.Naturally, youre also going to be client-facing - youll be expected to attend face-to-face meetings to take briefs, discuss projects and resolve on-going issues. In essence, youre going to be the "voice of the customer" here so its important that your approach is honest, open and credible.
