Job Description

Role: Agency Chef Location: NottinghamSalary / Rate of pay: £18.00p/hPlatinum Recruitment is working with this beautiful award winning restaurant which holds multiple rosettes. The kitchen is headed up a well established chef from a solid Michelin background who is looking for someone to help out for the weekend! This roleis on a temporary basis onlyWhats in it for you

  • Must drive or be within commutable distance
  • 2 days of work Friday/Saturday
  • 12 hour shift on each day
  • Free meals on duty
  • Referral Scheme up to £250 via Platinum Recruitment.
Whats involved
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your speciality
  • Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
  • Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus.
  • Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.
