Job Description

Aftersales Account ManagerMedical Wear Specialist£18,000 to £22,000 (DOE) + BonusOffice based, NottinghamWho Are YouYou are currently (or very recently);

  • An accomplished telesales, customer service, complaints or retentions professional

  • A Nottinghamshire based supplier and manufacturer of medical support garments for pre and post operation hernia patients
  • Experts in the industry who invest in their business and their people
  • Strategic partners with social services and the NHS
  • A supplier of products predominantly financed through NHS prescription
    • What Do They Want
  • An aftersales account manager responsible for;
  • Calling recent customers to ensure their products are good
  • Answering any queries regarding products and escalating problems, if they occur, to the relevant colleague
  • Introducing/selling bolt-on and additional products from the range also available of prescription (no hard selling)
