Advanced Steel Draughtsmen - Structural and Architectural SteelworkNottingham :-:GBP 35,000-40,000K DOEOur client is a well-established specialist steelwork fabricator and supplier of Structural and Architectural Steelwork including Steel framed Buildings, General Building steel, Balustrades, Staircases, Handrails and secondary steelwork, from design throughto fabrication, site delivery and erection.The successful candidate will be working on various size projects, from staircases, and small building extension frames to industrial warehouse frames and will be reporting directly to both the Operations Manager and Managing Director.Qualifications and Experience Required:Experience as an Advanced Steel Draughtsman in structural and architectural steelwork is essential.Experience in developing GAs and details for steelwork and metalwork from Architect/Engineers drawings and site measurements, and subsequent fabrication drawings.To work on your own initiative, and liaise with management fabrication staff, clients, engineers and site workers etc.Minimum 2 years experience required within the steel industry.Types of steelwork projects:* Portal Frame Steel Buildings* Access gantries* Mezzanine floors* Staircases* Support frameworks* Small builds and extension steelwork* Architectural steelworkExcellent opportunity for the right candidate.If this role is of interest or you would like to find out please apply directly or call us directly and ask for Dale Roberts.At Novax we are a specialist in the Engineering and Construction sectors.
