Job Description

Im looking for an Energy Contract Officer to work for a Housing Association in Nottingham Beeston, on a temporary basis but most likely ongoing.Key Responsibilities and Outcomes· Be the main point of contact for front line staff, contractors, stakeholders and customers for queries relating to your contracts and workstreams.· Ensure queries and complaints relating to your contracts are logged and dealt with promptly and competently, in line with relevant SLAs, escalated with the contractor and to your Contract Manager where appropriate.· Work closely with your Contract Manager to deliver programmes of work that offer value for money and deliver good outcomes to stakeholders. Co-ordinate with internal MTVH teams and external stakeholders where necessary. Attend resident meetings/front linestaff team meetings or attend site on request.What youll need to succeed· A great communicator with a strong attention to detail.· Excellent working knowledge of landlord’s obligations under regulations relevant to remit.· Must have proven, recent and relevant experience in elements required of this vacancy.· Strong contract management and project management skills, with experience in managing large scale programme(s) of works.· Experience of managing and manipulating large data sets along with subsequent reporting.· Experience in dealing effectively with difficult customers and handling complaints.· Excellent resident liaison skills across different occupancy types.· Strong competence in management and recovery of debt.· Strong ability to work under pressure and effectively manage your own workload.· Excellent IT skills e.g. databases, mail merge, spreadsheets manipulation, general intermediate or above skills in MS Office.
