Job Description

Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading Facilities Management Company in their search for an Administrator to be based at their office in NottinghamFor the successful Administrator our client is offering:

  1. Up to £21,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
  2. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
  3. 23 Days holiday + BH
  4. Company Pension
  5. Company performance related bonus
  6. Permanent Position
The role - Administrator:
  1. You will join a team responsible for (but not limited to) the day to day service delivery for our key account clients
  2. Working as an administrator in the engineering department
  3. Managing and planning engineer diaries for breakdown & planned maintenance work
  4. Scheduling engineer call out and maintenance jobs
  5. Customer service & account management for clients
  6. Ad-hoc administration work inclusive of the raising and sending out contracts, quotes, purchase orders, invoices etc,
  7. Using the in-house CRM systems - SAP
What our client is looking for in an Administrator :
  1. Previous experience in a similar administration/ contract support
  2. Previous experience within an engineering/ building services/ facilities management sector company ESSENTIAL
  3. Previous experience with scheduling and planning for mobile staff ESSENTIAL
  4. Excellent ICT skills and communication
  5. Previous experience with customer service/account management
  6. Previous experience working with SAP BENEFICIAL
