Job Description

Account Manager - PackagingLocation: Home basedSalary: DOECompany: Global leading packaging and branding design agency.Role: Responsible for managing account and/or projects from initial concept to completion - through design process to production whilst ensuring an exceptional client service.

  • Serves as the main day-to-day contact on projects for clients, suppliers, external partners, and the account team
  • Project Management of Artwork and Repro requirements, ensuring all key dates in the project critical path are met and that the client and Account Director are informed if projects deviate from their critical path
  • Participate in meetings with existing clients and internal teams
  • Answering client queries/ dealing with issues/ managing client expectations
  • Liaising directly with suppliers and printers to ensure the artwork production process runs smoothly and their considerations and feedback are acknowledged and actioned as appropriate.
  • Ensures high quality standards in all client deliverables
  • Coordinate client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle
  • Managing creative projects from initial concept to completion, on time and budget
  • Creating job briefs and booking in jobs
  • Dealing with client queries and complaints whilst project managing ongoing projects
  • Visiting clients on and off site
    • Requirements:
  • Packaging industry experience preferable
  • Proven account / project management within an agency / design or packaging manufacturers
  • Ability to use MIS systems
  • Technical knowledge or printing processes - print and packaging
  • Team collaboration skills
  • Ability to coach / mentor account execs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
