Job Description

Account managers needed to join a niche Insurance company based in Nottingham.Key Skills & Knowledge Required:

    • Display an excellent telephone manner and enjoy a varying nature of conversation with clients
    • Work well in high pressure and targeted environment
    • Demonstrate resilience and the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
    • Self-organise, with the ability to multi-task
    • Evidence a consultative sales approach, with a focus on maximisation of all sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Handling enquiries from clients
  • Quoting and processing productsIncreasing the book of new business
  • Managing renewals
  • Handling and processing mid term Adjustments to policies
  • Scheme awareness of delegated authority schemes
Qualifications:We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, an ability to learn niche products and comfortable with speaking to clients on the phone. We expect our staff to have great team spirit and excellent level of customerservice.Perks of the Role
  • Great training programme (training is paid)
  • Fantastic starting salary-£23,000
  • Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday alternate Saturdays 9am-12.30pm
  • Hybrid working- 2 days in the office, 3 at home
