Account ManagerPermanent£35,000Remote - UK or IrelandKelly Services are delighted to Partner with one of the worlds biggest names in Life Sciences and are delighted to be recruiting for an Account Manager to join the Safety Assessment Pharma Sales department. This is a remote based position, but the candidateshould be based in the UK or Ireland. The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets from an assigned geographic territory. The Account Manager is a key contributor to the sales cycle supporting our overall sales organisation while acting asthe front line to our customer experience. Responsibilities of the role will include: * Handle assigned inbound client calls or emails, qualify leads and provide timely responses to potential clients. * Work with management to prepare and implement a comprehensive territory management plan to identify new accounts and target opportunities within an assigned geographic region. * Gather and organise data on potential customers in a designated geographic region. * Develop and qualify account leads via frequent virtual customer contact (phone call, video call etc.) and through territory prospecting. * Build relationships with customers to influence the use of company services within Safety Assessment and across the portfolio. * Communicate available services and inform customers of new offerings in a timely manner. The successful candidate will have. * Education: Bachelors degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in science, business or marketing related discipline. * Customer service, sales or related experience. * An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above. * Proficient with customer relationship management software (i.e. SFDC, Microsoft Dynamics). * Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and database software. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organisational skills and attention to detail required.
