Job Description

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a National Insurance broker who is seeking to recruit an Account Executive.This is a great opportunity for an experienced, ambitious, and forward-thinking individual to join their Nottingham Corporate Team.The primary responsibilities of the role include managing and retaining an existing book of UK Corporate business, as well as developing new accounts in line with business development plans.The Role

  • To develop new accounts and proactively develop existing accounts in line with business development plans.
  • To support the firms goals by demonstrating excellent business development skills.
  • Prepare market presentations, review and manage documentations for clients
  • Generate new business and develop strong long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Dealing with all renewal business from inception to completion (including client enquiries, and any mid-term adjustments)
  • Manage relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer service
  • To ensure compliance with procedures, customer service standards, and external compliance regulations, e.g. FCA
  • Agree and implement a client service plan and annual timetable of visits appropriate to the size and complexity of the client, to build commitment, develop relationships, and review our performance
The Person
  • CII Qualified
  • Experienced Account Executive
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to gather and analyse information from the customer.
