Job Description

We also invest in our people, as they are the driving force of our success.To support the Account and Business Development Managers in providing exceptional customer service to all Regional and National clients:Being the first point of contact in order to fulfil contract requirements, processing all enquires and requests, gaining information from the relevant departments, monitoring progress and feeding back to the client, whilst ensuring KPI’s and SLAs are met . Generating subsequent reporting and payments, within specific terms.This is a highly Administrative and Customer Management based role - Experience in both areas is essential!Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first-line contact for in-bound calls to local EMR businesses, dealing with enquiries where possible- Able to maximise the business opportunity resulting from the enquiries, asking the right questions- Effectively engage and educate customers on EMR’s offering / services- Communicating with Commercial team and lead generators to maximise business opportunity- Internal depot liaison. Following up on queries and any missing information- Internal account management: Regular customer (and some supplier) contact, maintaining and building relationships. Keeping clients informed of any issues or changes to current arrangements- Generating system and bespoke reports, weekly and/ or monthly- Processing customer invoices and generating Self-bills for prompt payment- Generating Purchase orders and sales invoices- Managing negative tickets, recovering funds- Managing client’s Company details, including setting up new accounts and updating live account details- Managing pricing structures, pricing updates and generating system matrices, to ensure daily stock information accuracy- Supply chain control- Ensuring bespoke customer requirements and agreed KPIs / SLAs are adhered to.- Gaining a good understating of your team colleague’s roles in other Sectors, to provide holiday cover- Ad hoc administration tasksExperience/Qualifications/Skills:- Previous experience within a customer service / administration role is essential- A passion to deliver exceptional client service is a must- Excellent communication skills, listening, written and verbal (essential)- Exceptional attention to detail is required when dealing with account information- Previous experience of working in a busy office environment- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly Excel and Outlook- Use of CRM system- Experience of working within and dealing with multi national companies would be an advantage.- You must be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and be proactive and assertive when chasing information.- Have the ability to deal with people at all levels and feel comfortable potentially handling awkward conversationsBehaviours:- Able to respect the confidentiality of customer and supplier account information- Able to plan, organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines- Able to work as a part of a team, as well as alone using your own initiative- Able to learn quickly about the business and demonstrate a willingness to learnPlease apply with an up to date CV, including your email address, contact number and details of your current salary.
