IT Support Technician - North Nottingham - £22kI am looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to join an established Software House in the North of Nottingham. After recently winning multiple new contracts they are looking to expand their team to help provide IT Support at a 1st / 2nd line level. The company are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running from the get-go and take responsibility for troubleshooting and fixing issues both independently and as a team. You will be providing support for the companys customers remotely, with the opportunity to occasionally travel out to their sites if needed - and so it is essential that you have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
