Job Description

Workshop Operative- Rackheath, Norwich - Immediate StartHales Group are seeking a Workshop Operative to support our client with a varied range of tasks in Rackheath, Norwich.Main duties include;

  • Ensure a high standard of quality production with continuous improvement
  • Comply with all aspects of the Health and Safety procedures at all times, ensuring any concerns are brought to the attention of the Workshop Manager without delay
  • Ensure that all defined personal protection equipment is utilised within the workshop or for the safe use of hand held tools e.g. hand routers, grinders, etc
  • Support, assist and work with the Workshop Manager and other machine operators / finishers, CAD designers and other production operatives in a positive constructive manner
In order to be considered for this role you will ideally hold;
  • Previous experience in production and assembly
  • Have a proactive and conscientious work attitude
  • Must have a flexible approach to working hours
