Job Description

Our client is looking for a Warranty Executive to join there successful team on a permanent basis, working between there two Norwich sites.Key responsibilities

  • Service administration, preparation for customer appointment
  • Inbound and outbound booking/progress/CSI follow up calls
  • Supporting service reception when required with non-specific duties
  • Follow the process of Manufacturers Warranty claims from compilation through to managing monetary reconciliation
  • Manage warranty parts return & disposal
  • Ensure that all claims are made up to the maximum entitlement for the repair carried out
  • Maintain a good working relationship between the Authorised Repairer & Manufacturer
  • To consistently work to the Manufacturers auditable standard
Competency requirements
  • Be able to produce accurate, neat and auditable admin with a forensic attention to detail
  • Possess good self-organisation skills
  • High work standards
  • Be able to handle close scrutiny of work
  • Have excellent communication, inter-personal skills and flexibility in handling multiple tasks
  • To be able to work under pressure to specific timescales
  • To be a strong assertive decision make
