Job Description

Warehouse Team Leader- Snetterton- £22,000-£24,000We are very excited to be working with our client based in Snetterton who are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join their fantastic team!Salary: £22,000-£24,000 (based on experience)Hours: 37.5 per week Monday-Friday (2pm-10pm)Holiday: 28 DaysJob Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with overseeing the pick, pack and ship operations for all channels of the business, ensuring prioritisation and delegation as required
  • Maintaining the highest of Health & Safety standards at all times
  • Assisting with the management of unpacking, sorting and storage of all incoming stock from suppliers
  • Working with the Warehouse Manager and other internal departments to ensure all orders are dispatched in line with requirements and within the given time frame.
  • Keeping the Warehouse clean, tidy, organised and clear of any excess debris or misplaced stock
Who we are looking for:To be successful in your application you will need to:
  • Have very strong communication skills
  • Lead by example and manage teams effectively
  • Posses excellent organisational and attention to detail skills
  • Strong I.T Skills
  • Brilliant time management and prioritisation skills
  • (Ideally) A team leader or supervisory background
  • (Ideally) Knowledge and understanding of luxury goods business
