Job Description

As we continue to grow our product offering, our focus is to ensure that our customers have the very best digital experiences and features available. To help us ensure their customers user experience is the best it can be, we are hiring a UX Lead.Reporting directly to our Head of Engineering, you will be part of the Engineering team, which sits in the Digital, Data and Insight function.Key Tasks will include:

  • Working on cross-platform applications to develop user experiences on mobile, tablet and computers
  • Working closely with developing colleagues to create intuitive, user-friendly platforms
  • Identifying problems and devising elegant solutions Ensuring best practice in our CMS system and associated technology infrastructure
    • The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience of standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer
  • Knowledge of the Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills
  • A solid grasp of UCD, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
  • The ability to managing own workload, in a deadline driven environment
  • "Can do" attitude with a desire to deliver excellent results
    • Salary and benefits:
  • Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
