UI/UX Design Lead (Fintech Sketch InVision) Are you a confident self-starter with a passion for innovation Would you to help push the boundaries of app-based experiences in a trailblazing FinTech start up that is set to shake the foundations of online banking as we know it They have created a brand new platform with a clear mission: to help people make the most of their money. They are seeking a creative UI/UX Design Lead to join their dynamic team and help create fresh, navigable and market-leading experiences. Youll be joining the team in their first in-house dedicated UI/UX position, so this is an exciting opportunity to shape and influence the UI/UX design effort in a company with huge potential.Youll play a key role in supporting end-to-end feature development, from clarifying customer requirements to building prototypes and feature testing. Youll create designs to support feature development, collaborating with the development team to ensure implementation and design are in harmony throughout the delivery process. As an expert in your craft, youll call upon your industry experience to provide design direction to the development team, providing solutions to technical limitations and keeping up-to-date with the latest in design and technology to ensure yours are the best in the market. As a high-visibility individual in the business, youll have the chance to progress into a leadership role if desired.*Please note: this company can offer a remote interview and onboarding process during the current social distancing measures. Youll work remotely for now, with a return to a Norwich offices when it is safe to do so.Going forwards, youll benefit from a relaxed environment and egalitarian structure with flexible work opportunities, with expectations to visit the London office regularly*Requirements: *You have strong digital / product agency experience and demonstrable experience building and deploying native mobile applications *You can demonstrate expert understanding of the technical implications of design choices, thinking at all levels of design from product (system) design to interaction and more*They use Sketch, InVision and Zeplin so experience of these is beneficial (although there opportunity to influence tech stack)*Youre a sociable, driven self-starter who is motivated by clean, high quality design and innovation *Youre confident and collaborative, able to articulately present work internally and externally *Youre excited by the prospect of shaping the UI/UX design operation in a start upAs a UI/UX Design Lead youll earn a highly competitive salary (to £90k) plus a comprehensive benefits package.
