Job Description

Do you have a franchise background Background in Franchise SalesFantastic opportunity to join an award winning franchise company based across the UK as a Franchise Sales Manager. The award winning company is recognised as the UK’s fastest growing companies in its field based on their financial performance.The Franchise Sales Manager identifies suitable prospects and takes them through the franchise recruitment process from initial qualification call through to them joining the network.A strong proven sales background is essential and the ability to build trust and rapport immediately whilst also listening. This role ensures prospects are fully armed with all the information they need to enable them to make the decision to purchase the franchise.You will work with prospects and be able to explain the business plan and cashflow thoroughly, so a knowledge of numbers is essential. You will develop a strong working relationship with the head office team and be able to feedback and identify opportunities for additional promotion of the brand and look at the franchise sales marketing performance.High performance is crucial, ultimately you would be the primary contact for all new franchisees joining the fantastic brand.Main Role objectives• Sell new franchise territories and franchise resales across the UK.• Contact all sales lead with enthusiasm and knowledge.• Providing prospective franchisees with brand information• Deliver inspiring presentations to prospects.• Take the candidate along the sales process using the available tools.• Present the Franchise Model with passion and knowledge.• Full understanding of the Franchise Agreement• In-depth understanding of the business plan and numbers• Attend franchise shows, events and conferences.• Determine the franchisee territory.• Be available to answer prospects questions via phone, email, webinars, and face to face meetings.• Contribute to Team Meetings and Brand Meetings which drive improvement.• Develop strong and positive working relationships with all colleagues and departments.• Deliver our Code of Values.Why YouYour experience and skillsWe are looking for a candidate who has a strong face to face sales background and be able to show year on year sales achievements, someone who exceeds sales targets. Experience in franchising is a must.• This role is home-based with prospect and team meetings around the UK as needed.
