Technical Client Services Assistant

Job Description

R13 recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established business in their search for a Client Services Assistant within their Technical department, which has become available due to continued company growth and success. Working within a dedicated team, your core area of focus will be to provide technical support and a high levelof service to clients.You will have a passion for delivering excellent levels of service coupled with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Duties to include:

  • Managing the clients transition to and administration of upgraded bespoke software, including client onboarding.
  • Liaising with customers to provide guidance and support on system upgrades.
  • Reviewing customer suitability.
  • Preparing upgrade manuals in a required format ensuring it meets company policy.
  • Providing support to internal teams and clients, including system testing, researching and gathering evidence.
  • Monitoring booked in upgrades.
You will have/be:
  • Advanced written and spoken English, proficiency in reading with speed, accuracy and comprehension.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft word.
  • Proactive with excellent time management.
  • Experience of proof-reading is desired.
  • Understanding of ISO standards is desired but not essential.
This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The offered salary is £22,500 per annum.
