Team Manager - Business DevelopmentOrmiston Families’ Point 1 ServiceThis post is full time, 35 hours per week with a starting salary of £33,139 per annumBased at the Norwich HubA partnership between Ormiston Families, MAP and the Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, the Point 1 service provides mental health support to children and young people across Norfolk & Waveney, who are experiencing early signs of mental health and emotional problems.The post holder will be responsible for leading, managing and developing the Point 1 Business functions, overseeing the Business Support and Business Intelligence Teams and assisting the Point 1 Operations Manager in all areas of reporting, finance and compliance to ensure the CAMHS Tier 2 contract is delivered to the highest possible standard and achieving exceptional outcomes for service users.You will be a highly motivated and committed individual with experience in managing business and administration teams and holding responsibility for the quality and authenticity of data management systems.
