Job Description

Teaching Assistant: Norwich, UKWe are currently seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our team in a primary school located in Norwich. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and preferably within a school or nursery setting.Responsibilities:

  • Teaching Assistant -Assist in delivering classroom activities under the direction of the class teacher
  • Provide support to students with special needs or learning difficulties
  • Teaching Assistant -Help to manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe and positive learning enviroment.
  • Work with small groups or individuals to provide targeted support and instruction
  • Teaching Assistant -Assist with classroom preparation and tidying up after lessons
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety procedures
  • Flexibility, adaptability and a positive attitude
  • Enhanced DBS check or be happy to apply for one
This position is full-time, starting as soon as possible, and the pay is approximately £80 per day depending on experience.If you are passionate about working with children and want to contribute to their education and development, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
