Job Description

A superb opportunity has recently become available to work for a leading employer as a Talent Acquisition Advisor for a 6-month contract. The organisation, who produce documentation on behalf of a high-profile client base, are seeking an additional member of the team to support with continued company expansion.The role will be responsible for delivery of an effective recruitment service across all levels, sourcing and providing the business with suitable candidates for both permanent and temporary opportunities.Your duties will include:

  • Delivering an effective recruitment service for the business.
  • Acting as a first point of contact regarding recruitment needs & queries.
  • Ensuring the recruitment process is followed correctly.
  • Taking recruitment briefs and agreeing job requirements/specifications.
  • Utilising a range of recruitment tools to source candidates.
  • Carrying out candidate interviews.
  • Managing induction schemes.
  • Liaising with third part suppliers, such as agencies.
You will have/be:
  • Proven experience within a recruitment role.
  • Confident sourcing candidate using a variety of tools and methods.
  • Articulate communication skills verbally and in writing.
  • Familiarity with recruitment web sites & social media.
  • Computer literate with good Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills.
  • Able to work with accuracy and good attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of UK employment legislation.
  • A positive attitude with drive and enthusiasm, alongside flexibility.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) working Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:30 with either remote or hybrid working. Offered salary is up to £30,000 dependant on experience.
