Job Description

A brilliant position within a fast-growing insurance company has occurred for a bright Customer Service Advisor with excellent command of the Swedish and English language to join a multilingual team in Hitchin, Telford or Norwich. You will have a great personalityand will be passionate and hard-working to achieve great customer service. The purpose of the role is to significantly improve the customer service experience.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact, answering all queries via telephone and email across the Swedish market
  • Maintaining knowledge of products by keeping up to date with new products and providing guidance and advice on the products
  • Taking ownership of a customer problem, investigating and following it through to a solution where the customer is satisfied
  • Working closely with the marketing team, assisting with social media when required
About you:Within this role you are expected to be well-spoken, be able to communicate with people on all levels and have previous experience within the service sector. You will also have the chance to develop new opportunities that will improve the customer serviceexperience within the company. This is an exciting role for a Swedish speaker who wants to develop their skill set and progress within a successful and growing company.   • Required to be fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Representative, Client Service Executive or Customer Support Specialist

  • Have excellent attention to detail
