She loves arts and crafts, chatting with staff, visiting the café, swimming, and using her tablet to watch her shows and listen to music. We are lookingfor people with a passion to really make a difference. You will need to be resilient, enthusiastic, and able to guide and mentor Jenny to become the person she wants to be. The Service user benefits significantly from being around people that are skilled communicators.You need to be committed to understand and apply the methods that work for her.
