Job Description

Location: NorwichVacancy: Full Time Pay rate: £14 per hour;Shift Pattern: Shifts available: Days & Nights – 12hr shifts Monday to Sunday - 8:00am - 20:00pm & 20:00pm - 8:00am - 1 waking night per week with the rest sleepLDA, we support adults and young people who have needs attributed to Learning Disability, Autism or Mental Health conditions with associated complex needs. Our goal is to empower them to integrate more within their community whilst maintaining their independenceand personal choice.We are also committed to the continuing development of all our team members, so we can empower them to lead fulfilling careers in care.Requirements: Previous experience with metal health preferred & UK driver’s license preferred.you will be working with a bright and engaging young lady who is planning to move into a new house in Norwich. She loves arts and crafts, chatting with staff, visiting the café, swimming, and using her tablet to watch her shows and listen to music. We are lookingfor people with a passion to really make a difference. You will need to be resilient, enthusiastic, and able to guide and mentor Jenny to become the person she wants to be. The Service user benefits significantly from being around people that are skilled communicators.You need to be committed to understand and apply the methods that work for her.
