Our showrooms have since built up an enviable reputation for quality and service and we specialise in helping our customers find the right products, at a price that suits them best.And the roleThis great opportunity is based in our store in Norwich and you will be leading and developing a team, you will manage and motivate the team to achieve branch and company objectives which includes performance reviews, appraisals and disciplinary meetings.Gaining up-to-date knowledge of area developments and competitor activity, you will create, manage and develop a branch business plan and work with Management to agree the branch budget. Developing sales to agreed levels, through new and existing business,you will pro-actively market the business for the branch and control and where possible reduce costs by managing stock to agreed levels.Delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers (trade and retail), you will deal with customer queries, projects and complaints in a prompt and effective manner, consistently meeting customer requirements. You will build strongrelationships with customers and suppliers, merchandisers and other partners and organise events and initiatives to promote good relations and sales development.What were looking forA sound knowledge of the decorating industry with the tenacity to deliver objectives and achieve targets but if not decorative experience, a strong retail background is essential. You must also have the ability to identify new market and product opportunitiesand provide excellent customer service in accordance with our Customer Charter.
