Social Worker – Level 263212 SSPE Mental HealthHellesdon Hospital£32,910 to 34,728 per annum (Scale J)37 hours per week, part time applications consideredPermanent contractExcellent relocation package availableIt’s an exciting time to join us in Adult Social Services, using the ‘Living Well’ approach to care our vision is to promote independence and support recovery for people with mental health needs.We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and hardworking Social Worker to join the Norwich Mental Health Social Care Team. You must have a Social Work degree and SWE registration.Working alongside our key partner, Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust, you will provide an integrated approach to assessment and care. Working in a friendly, supportive team you will work alongside the Team Managers, Practice Consultants, Social Workers and Assistant Practitioners to support adults with mental health needs in the Norwich/City area. You will provide statutory responsibilities under the Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act 1983 and other relevant legislation.You may have experience in the field of mental health or would like the opportunity to broaden your knowledge and skills. You will be passionate about making a difference, and ready to embrace change. A team player, you will need to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure, be well organised and able to effectively prioritise and risk assess a complex caseload. You will have experience, knowledge and commitment to strength-based assessments.
