With an impressive track record of delivering high-quality results, they are seeking anexperienced Site Manager to join their team. Due to the confidential nature of this search, our client prefers to remain anonymous. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Site Manager with extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly in fit out, residential projects, and windows and doors. The successful candidate will play a pivotalrole in ensuring the successful execution of projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the client.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Resolve any on-site issues and challenges that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong background in fit out, residential, windows, and doors projects.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid construction-related certifications and qualifications.
  • Adept at using construction project management software is a plus.
