Agricultural Service EngineersTechnique Recruitment Solutions are a specialist Engineering & Agricultural recruitment company working with a family owned business based on the outskirts of Norwich. They are extremely busy and are looking for experienced agricultural service engineers working on a range of products including beet harvesters, Combine Harvesters, Tractors, Sprayers, Loaders, spreaders etcThe successful candidate will have Mechanical, Hydraulic and/or Electrical/Electronic experience working with agricultural machinery along with excellent communication and customer service skills.Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing agricultural equipment Organise own work, taking responsibility for a job right through from initial diagnosis; managing the customer, and working with the team to get the job done as efficiently and professionally as possible Be part of a team but have the independence to make your own decisions and organise your own work schedule Work both in the workshop and out in the field The successful applicants will be mechanically minded and qualified and ideally either dealer trained or self taught. Previous workshop and field based experience in the agricultural industry is essential and a general agricultural background would also be an advantage.This is a permanent positions, and the successful candidates will benefit from a competitive and comprehensive remuneration packages.
