Help us care for those who care for others.We are looking for an inspirational clinical leader who will bring passion, innovation and energy to this exciting new role.NSFT is launching a staff COVID support service for not only our own staff but for the wider health and social care workforce across Norfolk and Suffolk. This service will offer support to our peers who are suffering from the effects of working through a pandemic.As this is a brand new service we are looking for a manager from a nursing background who can help us shape and influence how the system will look and feel. An understanding of Psychological Trauma, moral injury and PTSD will be critical for this role. Excellent networking skills, a collaborative approach, an abundance of compassion and outstanding organisational skills will be needed to ensure the delivery of a high quality service.
