SERVICE CALL CENTRE MANAGER - NORWICHOur Client is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, motivated Call Centre Manager to work within and oversee their busy reservations departments on behalf of 10 Franchises across 8 locations ideally experienced within the Service division.You will be responsible for up to 6 Call Centre Advisors contacting and receiving calls from our customers over the telephone for Service, MOT and maintenance requirements and digital service bookings.You will also be responsible for training and motivating the team, ensuring continued efficiency within our process, and offering fantastic customer care.Reporting on the Call Centre and Overseeing the Keyloop (Kerridge) Call Manager System.The ideal candidate will be a confident relationship builder, be able to iinfluence and advise whilst offering a first-class service to our customers and staff .For the right candidate my client is prepared to offer a package designed to attract and retain the best people.
