Experienced Registered Learning Disabilities Nurses or Registered Mental Health Nurses ( RNLD / RNMH / RMN ) required for a role within a Learning Disabilities Rehabilitation Service near to Norwich in Norfolk. Salaries up to £20.06 per hour ( £39109.28 ) plus enhancements flexible hours, Full or Part time, set shifts, days or nights only.We provide an individualised and comprehensive care pathway that leads to a smooth transition back into the local community or a service of supported living and greater independence.We have three main units which offer support in both locked and open rehabilitationWe are very keen to hear from Learning Disabilities Nurses or Registered Mental Health Nurses with opinions on what makes good services run smoothly, those open to an environment where the managers want to hear how you can make the service better and willing to push forward with positive changes.We are offering salaries up to Salaries up to £20.06 per hour ( £39109.28 ) plus enhancements which will be available pending completion of probation and can be flexible in offering Full or Part time, set shifts, days or nights only.In this service there has been a huge management restructure and we are making a commitment to change. With a dedicated head hunted management team, we are increasing our training from 2 weeks to 3 weeks and increasing support for staff on the wards.
