Job Description

Senior Commercial Account ExecutiveSalary - £80,000 plus benefits and car allowanceHybrid Working - Norwich BaseThe Client:We are partnered with a long established independent Broker based in the Historic Part of Norwich, who have provided an insurance hub to the local insurance market. With a strong presence in the Commercial/Agricultural Scene they pride themselves on providingthe best possible service to their Clients.They are now keen to recruit a Senior Commercial Account Executive to continue to develop their current opportunities and explore new pastures for growth.Responsibilities

  • Control the renewal process for your clients. Gather information from Clients and Prospects using superb communication skills.
  • Maintain an existing book of business, whilst developing and growing new leads by chasing and securing new opportunities.
  • Openly discuss renewal terms with customers and seek alternatives to discuss with them.
  • Visit with clients as appropriate, its here that your interpersonal skills will shine.
  • Identify and act upon new-business opportunities, use sound judgement to recommend them if appropriate.
  • Drive revenue growth through building strong relationships and nurturing existing ones
  • Utilise your strong sales and negotiation skills to generate New Business Income
Qualifications
  • 4 years experience as Insurance Account Executive
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Lines including Haulage, Property, Motor and Liability
  • Proven track record of sales and negotiating
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Cert CII Preferred but be open to the opportunity
