We are excited to be working closely with a unique Award-Winning Chartered Accountant firm who are looking for an Senior Accountant to work from home, providing clients with growth support with a modern mindset.Flexible working hours,spreading hours as you wish! This is a role that can fit you giving you the work/life balance that we all desire (life is too short!), so you can be at home for school runs, family life or workingmore productively not having to travel (only unless you have meetings of course).As an Senior Accountant you will have practice experience and be fully qualified with energy and passion to help business owners mapping out business strategies relevant to their internal and external environments, growthplanning, embracing goals and performance, scaling growth for their own future and wellbeing.Key activities:- Advisory meetings supporting clients as needed- Strategic goals with clients- You will work closely with Directors on strategy and client development- High level accounting with specialists (if needed)- Final review of compliance documents, tax returns, financial statements, reconciliations, and work papers- Develop and maintain relationships with clients- Develop a professional presence and corporate network to enhance the brand and your identity (events, social medial, referrals as you see needed)- Identify, develop, and follow through with business opportunities - ideally if you have an interest and/or have an interest in helping clients within the sports/health/well-being/media/technology areas this would be advantageous.Key attributes needed:- Client orientated, building a strong rapport- Highly motivated- A real team player- Positive outlook- Focused and personable- Professional with a nice dispositionQualifications:- Fully qualified - ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CTA, CA, MAAT- Min. 1 year’s practice experience ideally recentlyPackage:- Competitive salary depending on experience- Location: from home anywhere in the UK- Pension- 33 days holiday inc. bank holiday- Learning and development allowance- Away days and trips for company business development and strategy- Personal development events for example UPW - Tony RobbinsAction:If you want to join a friendly agile team please send us your CV.
