Are you an experienced PA / Secretary seeking a new role Look no further!Working for a successful property consultancy who are based in Norwich covering Norfolk and North Suffolk - the role will be supporting the Commercial Property division. The purpose of the role is to provide a confidential secretarial and admin service toboth the Commercial Professional and Commercial Agency Departments, led by the Managing Partner.The Role: Digital dictationtyping up marketing reports, and valuation reports (ensuring correct template is used), agency agreements, heads of terms, minutes, invoices, bank valuations and general correspondence for Managing Partner. Diary managementarranging inspections, meetings to include viewings and client/professional contact meetings. Making sure the team have all relevant documents/particulars and keys ready for meetings and viewings beforehand. Take calls in teams absence. Prepare bank quotations, carry out conflict of interest checks and update workload spreadsheet. Open files and type instruction letters. Check for Siteguard and LUQ reportscomplete as much as possible (Barclays LUQ) and save in file, prepare and save Promaps, search for statutory compliance. Answer Commercial Hunt Group calls. Receiving and dealing with general enquiries from clients and members of the public. To assist and support the team with general administrative tasks including the preparation of Land Registry plans. Deal with documents and correspondence of team members as required. Filingstorage and retrieval of files. To deal with incoming and outgoing post. Chase up overdue invoices. Scan and archive files once job completed. Complete Bank quarterly return to include S&V returns, and assist in completing Bank Panel Applications. Provide holiday cover for colleagues.Why you A fast and accurate audio typist with an eye for detail and excellent grammar. Incredibly well organised. Able to meet tight deadlines. Professional and punctual. A strong team player with great interpersonal skills. Confident in dealing with clients and enquiries. Across all Microsoft software and comfortable with using CRM systems.
