Key responsibilities will typically include:

Manage customer phone & email enquiries.
Ensure all customer details are captured and recorded on Sage CRM.
Communicate with suppliers providing concise information to ensure accurate prices.
Produce quotations/orders/documents in an accurate and timely manner.
Follow up via telephone or email on quotes.
Work in collaboration with Sales and Directors to track the quote pipeline.
Raise orders, related product and technical administration.
