Job Description

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Agent to join the team as a Sales Negotiator of a well-established and reputable Estate Agency based in central Norwich.Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers or tenants.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Market properties through various channels, including online listings and social media platforms.
  • Maintain a database of clients and properties for future reference.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay updated on the local real estate market trends and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Strong sales background - KPI driven.
  • Previous experience in sales or real estate is preferred.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills to manage client information and property details.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Clean driving license & access to own vehicle.
Salary/Package:
  • Basic salary between £22,000-£25,000 DOE + uncapped commission.
