You will provide information and support related to the productsand services they offer. You will educate customers about product features/operation and benefits, answer questions, carry out surveys, and assist with orders. You will also play a part in the customer journey from order to completion & aftersales. The rolewill include developing and learning new skills and applying these to improved ways of working.
