My client opened their very successful Norwich store over three years ago and are now looking for an additional person to help continue to make it a success!My clients success is built around giving customers solutions which meet their expectations, and making their lives easy. They will ensure that everything meets those expectations, so it is then down to their staff on site to go the extra mile, offering great customer service as standard and making sure that no opportunity is missed.What is the roleWorking as part of a small team, their Customer Service & Sales Advisors get involved in every aspect of the daily operation of the business, which includes:Dealing effectively with enquiries and communicating confidently in person, by phone and by email. Following an established set of sales processes and follow up procedures.Gaining a good understanding of customer types and usual scenarios they may be in, and matching products and solutions to their needs.Becoming an expert in the businessbeing able to offer help and advice to a variety of customer types from veterans to nervous first timers and everything in between.Developing solid business to business relationships with suppliers and local complimentary businesses.Logging information about customers and enquiries within the management database.Is this youYou will need to be a confident and effective communicator in person and on the phone. Able to understand and listen to a customers needs whilst also directing the conversation to offer a solution that both you and the customer believe in, and closing thesale.Sales motivated and targets focussed without losing sight of great customer care - that is the most important!You should be practically mindedGreat team players/collaborative workers who seek the good of the business and the success of the team effort over personal gain. Youll be self motivated and good at managing your own time. You will be expected to get involved in all aspects of the business. This does involve some manual handing and light cleaning duties to keep the site looking great, so you should be fit, healthy, ready, willing and able!There will be times where you are the only member of staff on duty, so you must be responsible, confident and mature in your approach; able to respond appropriately to situations which arise.The working hours will include a rota of one week doing 6 days on (with one day off) and then the following week you will be doing 4 days on (so 2/3 days off). A degree of flexibility is essential to cover for staff leave, although time off in lieu will begiven for additional days worked. The Package:Successful applicants will be awarded an annual salary of c£20,000. In addition, staff receive quarterly bonuses dependent on store performance, averaging at around £2,500 per annum but uncapped.All staff are on an initial three month probationary period, after which they become eligible for inclusion in my clients pension scheme.Company branded shirts, jumpers and jackets will be provided.Pleaseapply now!
