Residential Property Associate - NorwichThis is an exciting opportunity for 3 + PQE Residential Property team to join a reputable Legal 100 practice in Norwich.The team acts for high net worth individuals acting on the purchase, sale and financing or routine and high value properties. Working alongside and developing relationships with local agents including high end property finders and estate agents, you will acton main stream residential conveyancing to support the wider practice.You will have:

  • Licensed conveyancer, legal executive or solicitor with at least 3 years PQE
  • A proven ability to meet the demands of high value conveyancing including enhanced accessibility
  • An ability to actively market within this specialist sector and to focus on growing new relationships
