Covering the whole of Norfolk, we provide support opportunitiesin the home and in the community for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, young people in transition and those living with dementia.Visit our website at: www.independencematters.org.uk to find out more about us.We have a fantastic opportunity for a CQCRegistered Service Manager at our Personal Assistant Support service covering Norwich and the north of the county.This is a CQC registered service providing flexible support, ranging from one to 24 hours a day seven days per week, enabling our customers to lead active lives in the community, build their confidence, empower, and maintain the level of independence thatis right for them.What does a Registered Service Manager doYou will be required to gain and maintain your registration through CQC and hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or hold an equivalent qualification.The role requires flexibility and to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota, including some weekend and evening shifts.Full Job description is available on our website careers page www.independencematters.org.ukBenefits and Recognition In return for your hard work and passion you will receive fair pay and have access to a wide range of rewards and benefits as one of our valued colleagues, including:
