Clinical Team Lead - Newly opened Mental Health Low Secure rehab and step-down service Location: NorwichSalary: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum (£18.46 - £20.19 p/h) - negotiable depending on experienceHours: Full Time and Part Time hours are available - Please state your preference, applications welcome from allShifts : Options of Days only (0745-2000) or Nights only (1945- 0800) (subject to availability) or Mixed shifts on a rotational basis - Please let us know a preference upon application and we can check the current rota to try to be as flexible as possibleFurther Details : An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse to work within a small friendly and supportive independent mental health hospital made of two clinical areas providing assertive rehabilitation and recovery focussed services for women with complex needs, challenging behaviours, severe mental illness and personality disorder. The Hospital provides A safe, supportive environment for adult women and young women in transition from child and adolescent services. There are high staff to patient ratios, a high quality MDT on site, Dietician, community rehab and fitness suite on site. The Hospital takes an individualised and holistic approach to recovery offering bespoke and flexible treatment provisions and recovery plans. This is a safe, familial and empowering environment, offering a realistic alternative to traditional locked units.Service Details: The Hospital has a great reputation and recently opened in July 2019 after relocation. They have a very positive and supportive work environment with an innovative and forward thinking multi-disciplinary team. The have a very low staff turnover and staff morale is very high. They are very big on staff development and training. They have an extremely high staff to patient ratioThe service has an excellent reputation for care quality and succeeds in offering an attentive, friendly and homely environment. Set in beautiful grounds in a newly opened purpose built setting, really make it feel like a home away from home and far away from a traditional clinical hospital. Staff morale is very highThere are also plenty of opportunities to undertake additional training courses externally on top of the extensive in-house training and clear career pathways for progression within the companyShifts : The Service can accommodate part-time or full-time hours and they can be flexible with shifts. They are happy to consider fixed shift patterns and they are happy to consider nurses who prefer working days only or nights only this is available on a case by case base dependant on availability of required hours at site . Their shift pattern is 0740-2000 and 1945 - 0800 - there is a 15 minute unpaid break and 20 minute paid break in every shift.
