Job Description

I am working with a well-established Home Care provider who are looking for a Registered Manager who is driven to focus on the growth of the service. Candidates of a Domiciliary Care background with management experience are welcomed to apply for thisexciting role in an ever-growing market.Company Benefits:

Registered Manager Responsibilities:
  • To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the office.
  • To create a work atmosphere that promotes a high quality of work life and maintain a culture of performance and excellence.
  • To manage costs effectively at all times in agreement with the Managing Director.
  • To work on improving and maintaining standards in line with of the Care Act and CQC.
Registered Manager Requirements:
  • Must have a Domiciliary Care background.
  • Must have a good knowledge of CQC regulations, having previously led 1 or more inspections.
  • Must have experience of leading teams successfully.
  • Must have a proven track record of building up a service and growth.
