Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Sales Manager to join a market leading provider of commercial laundry, hygiene and washroom solutions. You will be a through and through hunter seeking out and developing your own prospects and new clients,and in return you will receive an excellent salary and remuneration package including monthly, quarterly and annual commissions and bonuses, realistic OTE in Year 1 of £75,000, as well as a company carVW Golf or equivalent.You will be selling bespoke workwear, PPE, and washroom solutions to SME businesses across various sectors including engineering and manufacturing, hospitality and catering, food production, healthcare and retail, in the East Anglia region, covering Norwich,Ipswich, Colchester, Cambridge, Peterborough and Chelmsford areas.As Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking full responsibility for new business development and client acquisition in your designated area
  • Managing the full sales cycle from identifying prospects and leads, through to close of sale
  • Generating your own leads and appointments
  • Targeting industrial estates and business parks in your area and arranging meetings to discuss clients requirements
  • Successfully promoting your product portfolio and negotiating sales and contracts
  • Creating and executing your business development plan to generate new business within defined markets and geography, and to meet business goals
  • Taking part in sales and marketing meetings and discussions, offering positive contributions.
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who has the following skills and experiences:
  • Previous experience in a similar sales role
  • Previous success in a business development role with demonstrable track record in achieving and exceeding targets
  • Strong negotiation skills and focused on profitability and maximising opportunities
  • Excellent rapport builder who grows and develops lasting relationships with customers
  • Hunger to succeed, motivated to achieve and exceed targets
  • Driven, confident and tenacious
  • Full UK driving license, able to travel across the East Anglia region
