Job Description

Domus are on the lookout for a Regional Manager in the Norfolk area to join a reputable large organisation who support adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and Complex Behaviours.Key responsibilities as a Regional Manager:

  • The RegionalManager is responsible for ensuring that each of the homes operate effectively and efficiently in alignment with the Company Mission, Visionand Values and comply with the Management System for the benefit and wellbeing of Service Users.
  • They will work with the Operations Manager/s to ensure that the Registered Managers are well supported to achieve the smooth running of the homes and that co-workersdeliver outstanding support for each service user.
  • Take the lead for assigned functional and cross-company activities and projects, whilst always supporting the best interests of the Company
  • Ensuring strategies are implemented to create the most effective methods for supporting the delivery of services of the Care Department.
