We are working on an exclusive basis with a world-leading operator in the rail freight sector, helping them recruit a high-calibre Health, Safety, Security and Environment Business Partner to be based from the East Anglia region.Reporting to the Head of HSSE as part of a national team, this role will provide independent advice, guidance and support to the service managers and operations in the specified region to ensure the effective and efficient management and continuous improvementin Health, Safety, Security and Environment. As the successful HSSE Business Partner you will be focusing on frontline support to embed new tools, the updated safety management system and drive adoption of a more Human Factors based approach in support ofmanagement HSSE training.As the successful HSSE Business Partner you will have a proven track record working within a multi-site role and be able to demonstrate that you have the experience and ability to positively impact the HSSE culture of a vibrant and progressive heavy logisticsbusiness. You may be working in manufacturing, utilities, construction, logistics or similar sector but will be able to show the capacity to be highly effective providing training, educating and influencing at all levels. You will be qualified to Diploma orDegree level, with GradIOSH or CMIOSH status and be a passionate and personable professional.In return the successful HSSE Business Partner will receive a highly competitive salary of £45-50,000 dependent on experience. In addition there is a company car or car allowance on offer along with access to an exceptional railway pension and private healthcarescheme.
